First of all, remove kolab_core plugin, it shouldn't be used anymore.
Do you have it in plugins directory? If not, error should be logged in
this case. In any case disable contextmenu and threading_as_default
plugins and try again.

Irrelevant. I reviewed your log again and there is:

C: A0007 UID SEARCH RETURN (COUNT ALL MAX) ALL UNDELETED
S: * ESEARCH (TAG "A0007") UID MAX 4 ALL 1:4 COUNT 4
S: A0007 OK Completed (4 msgs in 0.000 secs)
C: A0008 UID SEARCH RETURN (COUNT) ALL UNDELETED UNSEEN

The last line indicates that messages list filter is set to "Unread".
In such case the log is ok. There are no unread messages in Inbox. Can
you confirm that this filter is set to "Unread"? It is strange that it
is set just after log in.
