[WAP] sharedfolderprefix, disable altnamespace

Hi,

If I create a shared folder or ressource in kolab-webadmin an
IMAP-folder gets created as shared/Foldername. Could one add a check
that looks after the altnamespace value and only ads the
sharedfolderprefix if it is set?

The location in the IMAP hierarchy is the only thing that has to be
adjusted, right?
