New release: pykolab-0.5.12

Hi there,

I'm pleased to announce the release of pykolab-0.5.12.

This is a bug-fix release for Kolab 3.0, which, among other fixes[1], 
includes resolutions for the following issues:

   - The recipient policy may have caused the Kolab daemon to end up in 
an endless loop for a given LDAP object entry[2],

   - Wallace may have interrupted the mail flow for messages with 
non-ASCII characters[3,4]
