enter auth data,

and you will see calendar,addressbooks and other dav objects.

If you want url for calendar go into calendars folder,
in my test installation this url for thunderbird is:

http://my.kolab.org/iRony/calendars/andrzej.kwiatkowski%40kwiatek.eu.org/742cfbe751f11732
