Enable the kolab_files plugin in config.inc.php and adjust the chwala uri in kolab_files.inc.php

That will enable the chwala support in round cube and you get access to chwala and the attach from cloud button aswell.

If you correctly configured the kolab_http_reguest parameter it will affect chwala and kolab_files and it should work out-of-the-box.
