Unfortunately I don't have the time to get involved building / changing
debian packages,
but I can / would like to be of help testing.

As a tester it is not clear anymore to me:

Is there already (or will there be) a new repository to test the latest
version of debian packages for kolab 3.1
other than:

deb http://obs.kolabsys.com:82/Kolab:/3.1/Debian_7.0/ /
deb http://obs.kolabsys.com:82/Kolab:/3.1:/Updates/Debian_7.0/ /

?

Sorry, but I am confused now:
Is my issue with apache not running after a fresh install a bug that
should be reported and become a new "depends" in here:
    https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=728
?
Or did I test the wrong debian package (versions) by using the above
repositories?
