Hi Alan,

I ran into the same issue and find out that this is a Roundcube issue where
the event refresh javascript did not work properly (e.g. start and end date
was not passed correctly). This should be fixed with a more recent Git
version of Roundcube which is already pushed to the latest
Koalb:3.1:Updates repo from obs.kolabsys.com. Hence updating Roundcube
should fix it.

This is only a guess, not sure why the contacts disappear from your phone,
too. But maybe this might help you!
