thank you for reviewing this!

I will probably not invest much more time into it, I just wanted it to
get going...

My thoughts for a docker image ready for production use:
setup-kolab should probably not be run before creating the image, but
by the user.
./initSSL.sh as well.
So basically only the things in the Dockerfile on my blog post lead to
the image, and the manual steps need to be run by the user.

This is the problem: for a demo version, you could have a prepared installation.
But for production use, some configuration will always be necessary.
I don't know the philosophy of Docker enough how things are done in
such a situation.

PS: not sure about the mailing lists either.
Is [email protected] more appropriate? Since we are not
developing docker, but using docker to create images?
Should this discussion continue on several mailinglists? to get the
attention, one post to several mailinglists is fine, but should the
thread be continued on all related mailinglists?
I therefore have now only replied on the Kolab developers list. Or
should I have used the users list?
