I do not fully understand what you are trying to achieve. Do you wan't 
to have some kind of multidomain autoconfiguration for a lot of users?
For manual setup i would change the settings:
Doesn't it help if you lower the Validation rules under settings->Kolab 
User->Attributes->alias->edit-> validation=none -> save -> submit.
Afterwards you can change your aliases like you would.
For postfix to find that aliases, you probably need to extend the ldap 
search but i think you are very near with that query_filter.
But i was never changing anything there.
