[Kolab-devel] New release: libkolab-0.5.1

Hey,

libkolab 0.5.1 has just been released:

* Unknown timezones no longer fail the conversion, and we fall back to floating 
time instead.
* Added the "File" type for kolab objects (required to build kdepim-runtime 
with kolab support)
* Compatibility with UTC offset times that are now correctly converted to UTC
* Compatibility with a kolab version header that is "2.0"
* Fixed build without tests enabled (#2588)
* Fixed build with clang
* Use of the correct X-Kolab-Type for distribution lists
