[Kolab-devel] Vagrantfile for Debian

Hi all,

I'm working on a Vagrantfile to easily start a Debian machine and 
install the development version of Kolab on it. The initial working 
version can be found here: https://github.com/tobru/kolab3-vagrant
If anyone wants to work on it (f.e. move from shell provisioning to 
Puppet), don't hesitate to send a pull request.
