[Kolab-devel] work on Debian packages

Jeroen just suggested that we use the rpm names for packages, so I
have deleted php-krb5 and created
https://obs.kolabsys.com/package/show/Kolab:Development/php-pecl-krb5

The problem with the build of roundcubemail-skin-chameleon is now
fixed as well, it seems I needed to use an environment variable
NODE_PATH to avoid problems with lessc.
