I figured it out. It's just a simple
require_once ("/usr/share/php/Sabre/VObject/autoload.php");
at the beginning of
/usr/share/roundcubemail/plugins/libcalendaring/libvcalendar.php
and the error is gone. (Of course you have to have the corresponding
libraries available.)
