I think so. I'm using it right now. See:

Packages are not signed. That's by intent, to expressly underline it's development status. 

I forwarded my work upstream (http://obs.kolabsys.com:82/Kolab:/Winterfell/).
Some minor changes are only included with my sources, like a cyrus fix which is still needed but obsoleted by the next upcoming cyrus-imapd major release. No need to add it to kolabs Phabricator.
