There are patches that were accepted and pushed only to the Kolab 
Enteprise packages. Those patches need to be merged first, and then any 
remaining issues can be looked at, preferably with steps-to-reproduce 
(which clients, doing what, with what results in the logs)

Note that I do not have commit rights to the repositories anymore, 
unfortunately, so best I can do is float patches in people's general 
direction.
