Windows build

Hi,

I'm interested in porting khtml to pure Qt 4 and the people in #khtml
pointed me to konq-e.

The command
	make -f Makefile.cvs win32
fails with
	*** running win32prepare.sh script...
	konq-embed/win32/win32prepare.sh: konq-embed/win32/win32prepare.sh:
	No such file or directory
	make: *** [win32] Error 127

Where do I get the win32 directory?
