Hi,

Why don't you use a newer release?

They are located here:
http://www.cirulla.net/kdenox-snapshots/
For me the konqueror3-embedded-0.2-20060121
works fine. You don't need extra KDE Libs to compile it.
You just need Qt/E. I am running it on i368 with Qt 3.3.6
and X.

About Arm:
I think you could use qemu to emulate an arm platform.
