how can i enable my local cache??

HI:
  i had porting konqueror/embeded to my S3C2440 successful;but because my 
root filesystem is cramfs,when run konqueror ,it always display"trying to 
create local folder: operation not permitted".and i mounted a jffs2 
filesystem,move the kde dir to 
jffs2.and it also display the error information.
  by the way ,when i config the konq. i had use the option 
"with-konq-tmp-prefix=/tmp"
 can you tell me ,where is the cache dir??
