how to enable Flash Plugins in konqueror/embedded

hi...
 
 i compiled konqueror3-embedded for blackfin processor. now i need to enable flash plugins while compiling the konqueror3-embedded. can anyone say me how to do that....?

 i gave the option  --enable-add-ons=/konqueror -dir/konq-embed/addons/kflashpart  while cross compiling for blackfin. but i did ni\ot workout.
