Hi Reddy, Most probably you don't have framebuffer enabled in your kernel. try, #less -f /dev/fb0 This should list some data. If you are getting an error it means either, 1. you have to login as root or, 2. You have to recompile the kernel to enable framebuffer. Regards, Seban.
