STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have at least two tabs A (left) and B (right)
2. Select B
3. View -> Tile View -> Split View Left/Right from next tab

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Label reads "Split View Left/Right from previous tab" and view splits.
