SUMMARY
In several settings pages Konsole uses the old tab style rather than the new
one introduced in Plasma 6.3, which is present in most KDE apps like Dolphin
and Ocular

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "Configure Konsole" and jump to the "Tab bar" page...
2.  ... Or select "Create new profile" when clicking on the Hamburger Menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Non-movable tabs use the old UI, present up until Plasma 6.2

EXPECTED RESULT
Tabs should look like the ones in the "Properties" panel in Dolphin
