SUMMARY
The sixel backend does not respect HiDPI properly. I have attached a test image
and a comparison between wezterm, which seems to handle this correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set display scale to 200%
2. Open Konsole
3. Execute a command that outputs a sixel image, such as
img2sixel test.png -w 320 -h 320

OBSERVED RESULT
The image is visibly pixelated and incorrectly upscaled

EXPECTED RESULT
The image is not visibly pixelated and correctly upscaled
