SUMMARY
The start directory in Konsole in Fedora Kinoite is incorrect. It should be
`/home/<user>`, not `/var/home/<user>`.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Fedora Kinoite
2. Open Konsole
3. Observe the PWD

Since `/home` is a symlink to `var/home`, this is merely a cosmetic issue.
