SUMMARY
When I need a new terminal, I can choose to open a tab, but some programs just
use the konsole binary directly, so I can't even add a console script in PATH
that will make them open a new tab. And when window is already open, it's
impossible to merge it as a tab to another window, but it's possible to make a
window out of a tab, so I don't miss out on anything when all new terminals
open as tabs.
