[konsole] [Bug 403324] Can only drag tabs from one window into another when using single-process mode

not going to be fixed unless someone knows how to move open pids from one
process to another, i tried and i gave up.
I believe to fix this we need to have a fundamental change in how konsole
works, where each tab is its own process, like firefox.
