SUMMARY
I tried configuring Konsole to always launch with a saved layout. While it =
does
open correctly with the saved layout, the initial focus goes to the last
terminal in the layout.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create  a Split View Layout. For instance "1x2" Terminal Layout and Save=
 the
Layout in  home directory.
2. Create a  command shortcut in keyboard shortcuts "konsole --layout
/home/vigr/KonsoleLayout.json=20
" with Keybind "Meta+Enter"
3. Launch the Konsole using the shortcut key.

OBSERVED RESULT

 Konsole is launched with initial focus on the last terminal in the layout.
