Kopete devroom in FOSDEM 2016 ?

Hi, As you know, Kopete needs some love. We're currently working on the KF5 port for the same and are still a long way from our goal. Adding to that, some of the protocols in Kopete are apparently broken too and need some fixing. So, I was wondering if there'd be any interest in participating in some Kopete development during FOSDEM in January. They're accepting developer room proposals right now : https://fosdem.org/devroom . The deadline for the same is October 9. I'm not sure, so correct me if wrong, if we're going to go ahead with this, we'll make our proposal via(or as part of) the KDE community right ? IIRC we got a dev room for a day last year. It'd be nice if we can pull this off. One big reunion of sorts ;-) Let us know what you feel.
