Project - Autotests and improving Protocol Support for Kopete [Week 4 Report 1]

Hi,

This week I plan to do the following tasks
* write autotests for libkopete
* write autotests for plugins - latex, highlight, auto_replace
* resolve issues in the following review request

I have resolved the blocker. I am unsure of the mode in which I should
compile and link the libraries of the plugin but I guess that will be clear
in the review. I will continue working on writing test cases for libkopete
and will attempt to complete the plugin tests as well.
