Regarding reviving history plugin

Hi Pali,

I am working on history plugin and will attempt to revive it (almost done)
so that we have atleast one backup option. I think it will be best to get
this working first and then move on to create a more efficient one.

I am also working on the diff between the rebased kf5 and kf5 branch and
looking at each cases. I will update issues on phabricator.
