That's not possible. The view layout file is created the first time the user
starts KPovModeler and only the default view layout is added. And it is quite
easy to create your own layout.
And I don't like it when programs add too much data I don't want to new
documents/scenes. The render modes depend on the aspect ratio of the scene
and that is not known when you create it.

Yes, I will change that for the tabs.
