RE: User documentation

Hello.

In the introduction, since you reference povray's documentation, it would be
good idea to give some urls:

www.povray.org/downloads to get the current povray version and
www.povray.org/documentation to read the documentation.

Refer that when you download povray 3.5 you get the documentation with it.

Also, since we only support 3.1 for now you can give them the following urls
to get the documentation and renderer:

ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Old-Versions/Official-3.1g/Docs/povhtml.zip
- Documentation

ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Old-Versions/Official-3.1g/Docs/povlinux.tgz
- Binaries

ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Old-Versions/Official-3.1g/Docs/povuni_d.tgz
and 
ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Old-Versions/Official-3.1g/Docs/povuni_s.tgz
for compiling.

Explain how they can test if the renderer is installed (tipical executable
names would be a good way to do it).

Also, in http://www.kpovmodeler.org/documentation/the-properties-view.html
you should warn that in this version we can only use the documentation for
povray 3.1g.

For now that's it. Have you arranged to have an english native speaker to
proofread the documentation? Does the english i18n team do that?
