Was there any reason to use invokeBrowser instead of invokeHTMLHelp when we
press the help button?

Apparently, invokeBrowser removes anchor targets from an url, so links like
pov_doc175.html#location_175 (purely fictional link), won't work. Konqueror
just opens pov_doc175.html. The documentation for povray 3.5 uses a lot of
anchors.

We'll need to change pmdocumentation map to have two targets. The file and
the anchor. That way we can use invokeHTMLHelp.

I can make the changes tonight, if you'd like.
