I would suggest you also install the libqt-gl-dev package.

A good way to ensure you have all the dependancies installed is
to use apt-get build-dep

# apt-get build-dep libqt-gl-dev
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done

  libpng-dev libqt3-dev libqt3-mt-dev
