Problem with kpovmodeler 0.2

Hi,

I have encountered a strange problem. I am using RedHat 8.0 and did the 
compilation of kpovmodeler without problems. Now, when I start that 
program, the whole system hangs and needs to be reset.
I have not the slightest idea how I could generate a more meaningful 
problem report since I cannot use any debugger at that point.

Any ideas?
