Changes in KDE from 3.0.5 to 3.1.0

Hey,

yesss! at last! I wish I could install kde 3.1 very soon in order what's new 
with kpm! :o)))

The integration of kpm in the kde project is not very well highlighted, but at 
least it is, with a direct link to our homepage :o) Sure I'm glad of this... 
Jeremie, when will we have, at last, a glimpse to the new version of the
