Compiles OK but....

Hi,

   It compiles and installs ok but I do not get all the buttons and
controls that I see in the screen shots. (I am missing the left side
and top icons)
   I have Redhat 8.00 with KDE 3.1.   I give it the prefix=
/usr/local/kde  I am assuming that is correct.
   So, I am not sure what the issue is?  Any Ideas?
