Feature request for heightfield and scale node

Hi *,

Yes I know it's an inappropriate time to submit feature requests...

As spooky said: It would be nice to have a rough mesh of a height field, 
maybe with a value in the dialog to choose the level of detail that is 
displayed. Another nice feature would be autoscaling of the heightfield 
object to the image's height/width ratio.

And the scale node should provide a way to change all three values at 
once.
