Heightfield Views

Hi,

I've committed the changes to the heightfield viewing code should make things 
quicker and reduce memory handling.

Hopefully my e-mails back to normal, so if anyone sent me mail in the last two 
weeks I didn't see it, disappeared due to a KMail bug. For instance I only 
saw Luis half of the last thread.

Reading through, When the changes are made to the directory structure the 
plug-ins are going to be in a sub-directory of kpov?
