Suspended, and Stop saving.

Hi,

Is there any reason why we can't enable saving of a stopped or suspended 
render?

I've had this come up a couple of times, when I've had to stop a render 
( reboot, or not enough time ) Where I wished I could of saved the partially 
rendered scene, and use the region settings to continue later.
