Re: Renderman Exporter

Hi all,

I would like to make my (still rather primative) Renderman exporter into 
a plugin, so it can be developed outside of KPovModeler. Is this 
possible? From looking through the code it appears I would need to make 
it into a KPart, but the KDE developer pages indicate that KParts are 
mainly used for graphical components. Is making an exporter a KPart 
appropriate? And if not what is the best way to make it into a plugin?
