Building Kpovmodeler for FC3

Apparently, RedHat decided not to include Kpovmodeler in the release of FC3=
=20
because of some issues with licensing. Attempting to resolve this, I=20
downloaded the tarball for kpovmodeler and tried to build it. During the=20
"make" I am receiving the following error message:

This causes the build to abort.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?
