The problem was, that there are no elastic skin packages for the 
roundcubemail plugins zipdownload and libcalendaring. So the requirement 
could not be met properly.

I have now dropped the requirement from the packages in both Kolab 
Winterfell and Kolab 16, and the installation should be fine again 
without any workarounds.
