Yes. I untick them, save and tick them again and save to be sure.  Send/
Receive at Outlook. Still I can see only item from Contacts folder.

Just to understand correct. When it works properly, I should see in Outlook 
only folder Contacts and in it all items from all folders which I created in 
web GUI. Correct? Including contacts from Global folder?
