Hi Valentin, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this problem! Am Dienstag, 7. Dezember 2021, 15:49:20 CET schrieb Valentin Laskov: > Hello, > > 1. The messages as sent from my mail client do not contain the kolab_user nor the kolab_server information (checked in kmail with the function to view message source code). > Also check your sent message for Return-Path: and envelope-from headers. These are not present in the sent messages as my e-mail client sees them. The server adds this information (see below). > 2. My secondary e-mail addresses (shown in kolab-webadmin) are different from the offending one (they are all [email protected], not [email protected]). > Something > misconfigured in query_filter in /etc/postfix/ldap/virtual_alias_maps.cf > or main.cf I suppose. Yes, that was it! In main.cf, I have myorigin = /etc/mailname which contained kolab.jrwb.de. The server appended this to the email as Sender: [email protected] Changing the contents of /etc/mailname to jrwb.de changes this to Sender: [email protected] which is one of my secondary e-mail addresses so at least e-mails sent to this will not get lost. This leaves me wondering if the Sender: should not be set to my primary e- mail, and if yes, how I could achieve this. Cheers, and thanks again! Johannes > > Regards > V.
