Re: user creation issue

Yes, as mentioned on 22/6/2022, this seems to be a bug in ptloader of 
Cyrus-imapd 2.5 (on Ubuntu).

As I was setting up a new server, I decided to move to Debian.

That does not really help you, but just to confirm that this is indeed 
an issue (on Ubuntu).
