I am having the same problem and would like to run reconstruct, but it is not installed when using Ubuntu 18.04 and I cannot install the cyrus-common package from the ubuntu repos (which contains reconstruct) without breaking the kolab provided cyrus-imapd package. :/ Guess it's time to see if they have finally fixed builds for 20.04 or 22.04.
