Skins broken since last upgrade

Hello,

since the last upgrade all skins except larry are unusable (elastic, 
kolab, etc) as 
/roundcubemail/assets/skins/kolab/deps/bootstrap.bundle.min.js is 
missing.

The only skin currently working for me is larry.
Where can I get the bootstrap.bundle.min.js?
