Issue with UTF-8 characters

<p>Hi,</p>
<p>so there was an mailbox with UTF-8 character created by mistake</p>
<p>after delete, it i sno longer showing in LDAP not in cyrus,
however it is still there when doing kolab list-mailboxes, kolab
delete-mailbox fails with</p>
<p>2024-05-22 14:04:55,949 pykolab.cli ERROR [23680] Could not
delete mailbox XXXXX (there is th utf8 char in the middle)</p>

<p>When I delete and recreate the user the issue persists, they get
the error in roundcube:</p>
