  Yeah, we probably have to respect existing installations. (even if most people don't change defaults)
  
  Please add a kconf_update script. It should do something like this:
  
  - if Plugin config group has kwin4_effect_translucencyEnabled key, keep its value;
  - otherwise, if there is Effect-kwin4_effect_translucency config group, set kwin4_effect_translucencyEnabled=true.
